These rooms include cabling for either standard volume controls or a more sophisticated keypad control system. All speaker cables are home-run to the audio system main distribution area.

The family room is cabled for a state-of-the-art Dolby Digital and DTS discrete audio/video surround sound system. The speaker cabling placement is centered on a location designed for a high-definition plasma TV monitor. The speaker cabling was designed to take advantage of the newest digital formats, including Dolby Digital Atmo and DTS:X channel speaker systems.
